back from da big apple

Hey guys I just got back from my trip to New York. The trip was for a SCBWI (childrens book) conference as well as self marketing. It went pretty good, even though the trip was a whirl wind. The city is so crowded and every single cab driver didn't speak a word of english. Every worker in New York must be paid crap because they all where asking for tips the whole time. The conference was held in the Society of Illustrators building, it was tiny and had no air conditioning, but I saw some fantastic peices on display from CF Payne, Sterling Hundly and many others. I recomend going if yall have not been.

i did this hole thing in photoshop its been awhile since itryed to do everythign on the computer no scaned drawing or drips nothing lol i think you can tell but any way it was fun working on it but ill stick to drawing the stuff first let me know what you guys think

Finished the ole Haggadah

I finally finished the last of 15 peices for the Jewish Haggadah I was working on. Towards the end with some of them I felt like I was adding the last suddle touches to a peice of crap and others turned out very nice indeed. I will post them all tommaro once I get out of my other job which dose not involve art and joy and laughter, aka Kinkos.

I was fortunite to find a figure drawing group that meets in my town. Because figure drawing and painting is something you are never done learning!!! At least I think so.
